Confident Healthy Active Me CIC
Founded in 2024 by three passionate directors, Confident Healthy Active Me (CHAM) was created to boost confidence, movement and wellbeing across Wales. As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we work with communities, charities and organisations to create meaningful, lasting change through movement and connection.
Our mission is simple: to make physical activity and confidence-building accessible to everyone. We design inclusive, community-driven projects that support neurodiverse children, families, young people and those seeking confidence, connection and motivation.

Our Vision
Even in our early stages, CHAM has already delivered meaningful movement experiences across Wales.
We have:
Run Active Assemblies and movement sessions in multiple primary schools. Reaching over 1000 pupils.
Delivered Confidently Active sessions in Flying Start nurseries across NPT, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from staff and families.
Launched Ignite Sports Camps, supporting children during school holidays with inclusive, confidence-building activities.
Formed partnerships with community groups and organisations committed to improving children’s wellbeing through movement.
